This position reports to:

Sales Director IAEN Canada

Your role and responsibilities:

1. Support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process.
2. Serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area.
3. Prepare technical descriptions of products and technology, determine costs, and prepare final documentation.
4. Contribute to the Process Automation business unit in San Luis Potosi, S.L.P.
5. Lead triage and handle all small opportunities, including back-end sales tasks, qualifying/disqualifying leads, and proposal preparation.
6. Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
7. Develop and maintain new sales opportunities and resolve specific customer problems.
8. Ensure achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and countries.

Qualifications for the Role:

1. 3 years of professional experience related to sales or technical support.
2. Experience managing Salesforce and Excel.
3. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
4. Advanced English communication skills are required.
5. French communication skills are an asset.
6. Availability for travel.
