The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and possess over 2 years of sales experience. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies and following up with clients and leads. Formación

  • Experience with B2B is a must.

What You’ll Do:

  • Follow up with previous clients to offer our services again to enhance their experience and maximize mutual benefits.
  • Work with the sales team, executives in other initiatives to increase conversion.
  • Initial calls with clients and prospecting.
  • Support sales with following up with leads, applications or prospects that call in or apply online
  • Leverage strong people skills to foster trust, enhance communication, and build long-term relationships.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and contributing to business growth plans.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with B2B (a must).
  • Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of CRMs (Specifically HubSpot)
  • Sales or Business Development experience (at least 2 years).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, organization and people skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer service centric.
