A leading systems supplier in the food and beverage sectors seeks a Sales Support professional for their Liquid and Powder Technologies Team in México. In this role, you will manage sales documentation, customer follow-ups, and data entry tasks, while collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidates will have an engineering degree and experience in similar environments, supporting the team's commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience in Service or engineering environment.
• Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.

Sales Support

Responsibilities / Tasks

Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format (Minutes of meetings, kick-off meetings, sales reports).

Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied when the company needs to get the figures.

Provides any necessary data or reports to the sales team or senior management upon request.

CRM – Knowledge in management of system (Leads, opportunities and activities) is required. Key user trained and delivery training and follow up for sales team

Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.

Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary

Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request

Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction and keeping senior staff informed of any issues with deliveries

Coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure sales and delivery processes are fully optimized;

Your Profile / Qualifications

University degree in an engineering discipline

Experience in Service or engineering environment

Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.
