A managed services IT organization is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a remote team of salespeople across LATAM. This role requires IT sales management experience and excellent communication skills. The position includes conducting daily calls, managing KPIs, and supporting U.S. clients. Candidates must possess a 2-year college degree or higher. The job type is full-time with a salary of $2,000 per month and offers PTO.

Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday (Weekends Off)

Compensation: $2000 per month, 44 hours, PTO, Full Remote

Overview

Founded in 2013, OSR Manage is a sales organization that works specifically in the Managed Services IT industry. Our role is to work with IT companies, owners, and leadership teams around the country to recruit, train, and manage IT salespeople and sales teams.

The Position:

Your responsibilities will include managing 6–10 salespeople located in different parts of LATAM, working for U.S.-based clients. A typical day and week will involve working on daily accountability calls with your reps, weekly one on one’s, daily/weekly management of KPI’s, and weekly meeting with the leadership team of our clients. The ideal candidate will have IT or SaaS sales management experience with demonstrated success.

Requirements:

  • 2-year college degree or higher
  • Previous IT sales management experience preferred
  • Long sales cycle experience a must
  • Comfortable managing salespeople with demonstrated success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers

  • Assist in expanding our dynamic sales process by proactively supporting the expansion and implementation of our sales processes and CRM
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team allowing for enhanced account and opportunity management
  • Establish processes for information maintenance and alignment with CRM and other tools that integrate with it
  • Support ad hoc sales data request from the sales team
  • Design reports and dashboards per requirements and business needs
  • Analyze sales data to aid the organization’s forecasting and planning efforts and identify areas of opportunity
  • Support the expansion of our CRM to ensure that we are measuring, analyzing and reporting results that are data-driven to ensure fact-based decisions
  • Support our regular rhythm of business analytics and reporting
  • Reduce bottlenecks to increase the velocity of the sales process and introduce sales automation tools where appropriate
  • Continuously improve all sales processes in order to raise efficiency and productivity
  • Support key strategic and operational initiatives through analyses and problem-solving
  • Manage day-to-day requests and projects for the sales organization
  • Be an integral member of our operations organization as an effective team player

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,000 monthly salary, 44 hours, PTO, Weekends Off, Full Remote
