Leadout Capital is seeking an intern to support Sales Strategy, helping close gaps and drive growth in Latin America. You will build reports and dashboards, analyze pipelines and forecasts, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Enablement teams.

The role offers a 1-year internship in Mexico with a part-time schedule, an opportunity to learn from industry leaders, and exposure to Salesforce AI tools within a Fortune 500–like framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Admin, Economics or Engineering with graduation date between Dec 2027 and Jul 2028.
• Intermediate English.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive and fast-paced execution mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive the continued success of our Sales Strategy by supporting growth initiatives.
• Create reports and dashboards to support decision making.
• Communicate results in Latin America and discuss targets, forecast, pipeline and metrics.
• Assist in implementing and optimizing Salesforce AI tools to improve sales processes and insights.
