Formación

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environment with demanding clients.
  • Technical background in mechatronics or electronics preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.

ALTIOS International is opening a job position for one of our international clients ! Aninternational industrial groupthat designs and markets high-technical-valueresistance welding solutions, primarily for the automotive industry.

As part of its growth, the company is looking for its futureSales & Service Managerto oversee the sales and service operations of its Mexican subsidiary.

The position is based in Puebla, with frequent travel across Mexico and occasional international trips.

Missions:

  • Reporting to the Director for Mexico & Brazil (based in France), you willmanage the commercial and service operationsof theMexican subsidiary. You willleada seasonedteamof four people (technicians and sales administration) and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
  • You are responsible formanaging the client relationshipon a daily basis, providing high-quality support to industrial clients. You ensure proper service execution and supervise technical field interventions.
  • In parallel, you contribute to the subsidiary’scommercial developmentby proactively identifyingnew business opportunitieswith existing clients or new players in the market. Your strong local presence and market insight enable you to drive sustainablegrowth.
  • Finally, youoversee commercial performance tracking: setting sales prices in line with Group policy, monitoring margins and monthly forecasts, and preparing activity reports. You work closely with the local admin team to consolidate the data and with your management to analyze results and refine performance indicators.

Profile:

  • You have atechnical background(engineering or equivalent), preferably inmechatronics or electronics, and5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environmentwith demanding clients. You are comfortable operating at the crossroads of technical execution and client relationships. Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
  • You speakEnglish fluentlyto communicate effectively with international stakeholders within the Group.
  • You have excellentinterpersonal skillsand a strong service mindset. You areproactive,communicative, and confident in your ability tonegotiateandconvert commercial opportunities.
  • You are recognized for yourtransparency, reliability,and ability toshare information clearly.
  • You know how tolead and motivate an experienced technical team, providing guidance and ensuring process ownership.
