This role involves building strong customer relationships, providing agronomic advice, achieving sales targets, and identifying new sales opportunities within the assigned zone.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets, develop market position, and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of seed behavior, performance, and related products to promote good agricultural practices.
  • Organize and participate in marketing activities such as field days, farmer meetings, and demonstration trials.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.
  • Meet sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Manage the company's credit wallet to ensure timely collections.
  • Seek continuous improvement through feedback.
Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree related to Seeds or Agro Industry.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a successful sales track record.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce.
