Advanta Seeds recherche un représentant des ventes dynamique pour construire des relations avec les clients et atteindre des cibles de vente. Ce rôle clé nécessite un diplôme en lien avec l'industrie des semences et une expérience de vente prouvée. Vous serez responsable d'analyser le marché, de promouvoir de bonnes pratiques agricoles et de résoudre les problèmes des clients pour maximiser leur satisfaction.

Formación

  • Expérience de travail prouvée en tant que représentant des ventes.

  • Capacité à créer et à livrer des présentations adaptées aux besoins du public.

Sales Representative

This role build strong relationships with customers, provide agronomic advice, and work to achieve sales targets while enhancing market intelligence and indentigying new sales opportunities for the assigned Zone.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets, develop market position and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Develop deep understanding of seed behaviour, performance, and related products to promote good agricultural practices.
  • Organize and participate in marketing activities, such as field days, farmer meetings, and demonstrations trials.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory /market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Responsible of company credit wallet to collect on time.
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree related to Seeds or Agro Industry
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Knowledge of Sales Force or any other CRM.
