This position will report to our EnerSys Energy Systems business, which servesthe telecom, cable broadband, industrial, renewable, and data center markets. Our portfolio combines our stored energy expertise with power systems, enclosures, and renewable energy products to deliver world-class solutions for diverse applications such as 5G, broadband, Internet of Things (IoT), data center, and solar power. Our cutting-edge technology includes Lithium batteries, Fault Managed Power Systems, and Extended Run Time battery backup systems that improve the reliability and resiliency of broadband networks.

The Technical Sales Representative (TSR) will be responsible for consistently exceeding sales quotas by strategic territory management, customer engagement, and proactive prospecting. This role requires strong technical sales capabilities, the ability to align customer needs with tailored solutions, build trusted relationships, and deliver measurable business value. The TSR role supports EnerSys' continued leadership in the Motive Power division and is based remotely.

Consistently exceed sales quotas by retaining, growing, and prospecting clients within an assigned territory.
Leverage product knowledge and customer insights to develop unique value propositions.
Engage with dealer sales channel partners, supporting their sales efforts, providing training, and ensuring alignment with EnerSys' strategy.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure successful pre- and post-sale execution and implementation.
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to ensure solution alignment.
Stay up to date with new products, services, and business processes through continuous learning.
Prepare recommendations, pricing structures, and customer presentations, managing sales programs effectively.
Exercise discretion and independent judgment in handling critical business matters.
Identify and influence key customer stakeholders to drive alignment and accelerate deal closure.
Strategize independently and collaboratively to overcome deal-level challenges.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or significant relatable industry experience required.
At least 3+ years of technical sales or relatable industry experience.
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Ability to develop pricing strategies, analyze return on investment (ROI), and manage financial proposals.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (Teams, Zoom).
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Must be 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license required.
