Our client,a European leader in temperature-control and monitoring solutions for industrial and commercial applicationsis recruiting a Sales Representative / Regional Sales Representative to drive accelerated growth in Mexico.

Through its Area Sales USA division, the clienthas served the Mexican market directly and via local distributor partnerships for several years. With strong existing relationships but untapped potential, they are looking to develop a local presenceto gain in-depth insights into target sectors, sales potential and the competitive landscape.

Position:
Sales Representative
Location: Mexico or Monterrey
Type: Hybrid (office + travel)
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager inGermany

Missions

1. Market Research & Business Development:

  • Identify and acquire new customers via trade fairs, on-site visits and online research
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitive activity and relevant regulations.
  • Elaborate market studies to validate the key growing sectors and client target.

2.Strategy & Segmentation:

  • Define priority segments and key accounts to shape the local sales & marketing strategy

3. Sales Cycle Management:

  • Deliver technical product presentations and follow up on proposals in coordination with the Germany team
  • Negotiate terms, secure orders and ensure timely handover to operations

4. Customer Support & Relationship Management:

  • Provide regular on-site and remote support to purchasing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business

5. Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with Germany’s higher-level sales manager, sharing insights, forecasts and opportunity pipelines
Profile
  • Vocational training in commerce/business studies with initial experience selling technical products;orDegree in electrical engineering (or related) with an affinity for technical sales
  • 3 to 12years of total experience, ideallyin B2B sales within an industrial or technology environment
  • Consultative approach; strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional German will be considered as a plus
  • Analytical mindset, self-driven and accountable
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout Mexico
  • Professional presence with customer-focused orientation
