Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain an agency book of business, establishing long-term relationships as the primary contact for agencies and their advertisers.
- Understand partners' business goals in their markets and provide insights to help them succeed with their Ads placement on Pinterest.
- Collaborate with agencies and clients to understand their strategic and tactical goals, co-creating marketing plans to achieve them and encourage spending.
- Prepare and deliver digital presentations to clients for potential sales opportunities.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your agencies, mastering digital marketing and our product to train agency teams.
- Work towards fixed KPIs and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional sales teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in business sales prospecting, activation, or account management with positive results, ideally working with Small Business Owners, Marketing Leads, or Media Agencies.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a sales environment involving Agencies, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Advertising, RFPs, Media Plans, and strategy.
- Knowledge of marketing, digital marketing, and ad sales environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience working with Media Agencies.
- At least 1 year of digital marketing experience managing campaigns on online ad platforms.
- Knowledge of current trends in online marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially within Fortune 500-1000 companies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace (including Gmail), and digital marketing tools.
