A leading coatings company is seeking a Packaging Sales Representative in San Juan del Río, Mexico. The role involves developing long-term relationships with customers, managing sales forecasts, and ensuring profit contributions. Candidates must have a Bachelor's in International Commerce or Chemical Engineering and be fluent in English with a background in sales within the coatings and packaging segment.

Formación

  • Should possess a bachelor's degree in International Commerce or Chemical Engineering.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Experience in sales specifically in the coatings and packaging segment is essential.

  • Maintain relationships with current customers.

Overview

As a Packaging Sales Representative you will develop long-term relationships with customers. Managing rolling forecast, monthly sales, inventory level and profit contribution. Should work close with customer service, technical service and product development team.

You will report to Packaging Sales Director - Mexico

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with current customers.
  • Review and adjust pricing to achieve required profit contribution.
  • Identify growth opportunities for customers.
  • Collect forecasts and orders from customers.
  • Look after account receivables and inventory levels to achieve financial goals.
  • Accomplish business growth plan following BU guideline.
Qualifications
  • International Commerce or Chemical Engineering bachelors.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience in sales in the coatings and packaging segment.
  • Knowledge in negotiation techniques.
