About The Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our remote sales team. This role is ideal

for someone with a background in customer service, call centers, or sales who is passionate about

helping others and driven by performance. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls,

qualifying leads, scheduling consultations, and guiding potential clients through the initial stages

of their legal journey with us.

As the first point of contact, you play a critical role in educating prospective clients about our

immigration legal services and ensuring they feel supported from the first interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and clarity

Schedule consultations between potential clients and our legal team

Provide accurate information about our legal services and intake process

Use consultative sales skills to build trust and convert leads into scheduled appointments

Maintain updated records of client interactions and follow-up needs

Work toward individual and team performance targets related to call quality, scheduling

rate, and customer satisfaction

Handle objections or concerns with professionalism and patience

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Positive, client-first attitude with emotional intelligence

Ability to work independently and in a results-driven environment

Native Spanish speaker with conversational to fluent English

Experience in call centers, intake, sales, or customer service preferred

Comfortable using technology and CRM tools

Full-time availability with flexibility in scheduling

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: MXN $15,000 gross monthly

Commissions: Earn additional income based on performance and results
