Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSales Representativeto join our team. As part of this role, you will play a key function in our client engagement process, managing 50-100 inbound calls daily from prospective clients seeking top-tier legal representation. You will be responsible for not only answering inquiries and providing initial information but also for setting appointments with our attorneys for consultations.

This position requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, as you will be coordinating with both prospective clients and internal team members to streamline the appointment-setting and follow-up processes. You will also maintain clear, professional communication at all times, ensuring that prospective clients feel confident in choosing our firm.

  • Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required (this is a non-negotiable qualification).
  • We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
  • This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
