Sales Representative
This position plays a key role in driving sales and maintaining strong customer relationships through in-person visits to current and potential customers. They must identify packaging needs and offer customized solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively search for new potential clients in assigned areas.
- Identify businesses that require packaging materials (in the manufacturing, commercial, food industries, etc.).
- Conduct physical visits to current and prospective customers.
- Present product samples and quotations.
- Detect specific packaging needs based on the client’s industry.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Negotiate prices, volumes, and delivery terms.
- Close sales.
- Verify customer satisfaction after delivery.
- Prepare visit and sales reports.
- Update CRM with client data.
- Stay up-to-date with new packaging products and technologies.
- Follow up on accounts receivable.
- Active search for new leads in assigned areas.
- Identifies businesses that require packaging materials (in the manufacturing, commercial, food industry, etc.).
- Visit current and potential customers.

Requirements:
- Degree in International Business, Marketing, International Relations, International Trade, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in industrial products or distribution.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English).
- Experience working under a commission-based scheme.
- Experience in packaging material sales.
- High mobility (must have own vehicle).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Knowledge of consultative selling techniques.
- Sales negotiation and closing skills.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
