Your position

Responsible for commercial and market activities, prospecting new clients and business opportunities, as well as managing ongoing operations. Defines technologies, resources, and management strategies and monitoring methods for the market under their responsibility, in accordance with the company’s established guidelines and objectives.

You will be

Responsible for market development, product commercial management, client negotiations, and sales budget preparation. Supports customer service strategy, keeps commercial information up to date, manages technical and commercial proposals, and contributes to process improvement. Serves as a technical reference and provides support to other professionals and markets. Collaborates in contract preparation, sales forecasting, and alignment with sales guidelines, applying a comprehensive business vision and autonomy in performing duties.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications

  • Advanced English – Fluent communication

• Microsoft Office: 3b application (Intermediate level)
• SAP: 3b application (Intermediate, based on access profile)
• Refractories: 3c application (Advanced – manufacturing, properties, and markets)
• Customer processes: 3c application (Advanced)

Education and Professional Background:

• Degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience
