Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Sales Operations Trainee in Mexico City. The role supports energy shop solutions, maintains Salesforce data, and develops customer-facing presentations.

You will collaborate with the GT Sales team and help improve commercial processes as part of a dynamic Transmission Services group. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering or Business Admin, strong PowerPoint/Excel skills, CRM experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Internship or practical experience in sales support, proposal management, data management, or customer-facing projects is a plus.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; Salesforce or CRM experience preferred; data management and document control.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Energy Shop solutions for strategic customers.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and the region’s installed base data for high-voltage equipment.
• Develop presentations and sales materials for new business models and customer proposals.
• Support document control and the consolidation of customer information for the Transmission Services team.
• Collaborate with the GT Sales team and support continuous improvement of commercial processes.
