Qualifications

• Academic: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation, or Mechatronics.
• Professional experience: Participation in extracurricular activities or practical experience in HR, administrative areas or projects.
• Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word, macros and databases, Excel calculations, pivot tables, charts, and macros; knowledge of AI tools.
• Languages: Advanced English level.
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, analyze data, and report with Excel tools; proactive, self-driven, cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project scope and requirements.
• Follow and improve proposal development procedures; identify optimization opportunities.
• Understand sales strategies and market conditions to suggest cost savings.
• Perform cost and technical solution analyses to identify improvements.
• Develop cost, pricing, and engineering benchmarks to streamline proposals.
• Ensure compliance with Integrated Management System requirements, including EHS and Quality policies.
