A Solutions Operations Lead (or Sales Development Representative (SDR)) is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers by generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, primarily by making cold calls and sending emails, to then pass qualified leads onto the sales team for further engagement. Essentially, their role is to build and nurture the sales pipeline by identifying potential customers and determining their level of interest in a company's products or services.

In this role you will:
  • Develop leads and set up our Sales Executives for success.
  • Generate new leads and identify prospects for our company.
  • Manage the initial relationship with prospective clients.
  • Communicate with prospective clients via phone and email.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry information, and the competitive landscape.
  • Navigate leads and break down barriers so our Sales Executives can secure new clients.
  • Lead from the front – be a pathfinder who helps secure revenue impacting the entire company.
  • Work closely with our team of Sales Executives to generate demand and reach prospects.
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
We are looking for someone who has:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in BPO, call center, sales, customer service, or related field, with at least one year in lead generation or business development preferred.
  • Proficiency in dialers, CRMs, and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Pardot, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work independently or in small groups.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and target-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to step outside your comfort zone and engage multiple prospects daily.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Ability to adapt rapidly to changes in the business landscape.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new software.
