A Solutions Operations Lead (or Sales Development Representative (SDR)) is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers by generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, primarily by making cold calls and sending emails. They pass qualified leads onto the sales team for further engagement. Essentially, their role is to build and nurture the sales pipeline by identifying potential customers and assessing their interest in the company's products or services.

In This Role You Will
  • Develop leads and set up our Sales Executives for success.
  • Generate new leads and identify prospects for our company.
  • Manage initial relationships with prospective clients.
  • Communicate with prospective clients via phone and email.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Navigate leads and overcome barriers to help Sales Executives secure new clients.
  • Lead proactively to secure revenue impacting the entire company.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales Executives to generate demand and reach prospects.
  • Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
We are looking for someone who has:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • At least two years of experience in BPO, call center, sales, customer service, or related fields, with one year in lead generation or business development preferred.
  • Proficiency with dialers, CRMs, and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Pardot, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work independently or in small teams.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and target-driven attitude.
  • Willingness to engage multiple prospects daily and step outside comfort zones.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business landscapes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new software.
