Formación

The Sales Operations Specialist owns representing operations' relationship and performance with customers, overseeing Tier 3 & 4 account management, strategy, and operational performance. Ensures process improvements, backlog management, timely order actions, and shipments. Leads operational portion of QBRs, internal planning, and trains CX Reps on account specifics, tools, and processes, serving as SME and escalation point.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manages the operational relationship with the customer, including performance updates, inquiries, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Coordinates account management activities with internal teams and delegates actions to CX Reps.
  • Manages customer pricing, margin recommendations, and final quotes.
  • Manages order and backlog processes, including troubleshooting, IT ticket resolution, and NPI-related activities.
  • Provides scheduled customer reports.
  • Drives standardized processes and represents best practices for customer engagements and proposals.
  • Understands and targets customer types and differences.
  • Manages quality follow-up and communication with the customer.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience within similar roles (Customer Service, Customer Support, Account Manager).
  • Advanced English skills (Conversation and written).
  • Intermediate Excel Skills (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Logical functions)
  • ERP/CRM Experience is a plus
  • Presentation skills is a plus (Power Point).

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$24,808.33 - $29,000.00 MXN Monthly
