Formación

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience in executive support.

About the role
  1. Travel: Book travel (flights, accommodation, etc.) according to company policy using online tools, managing approvals and special case issues. Create and manage associated expense reports.
  2. Shows, conferences, events (US and international): Coordinate registrations for traveling Sales Team members; arrange and manage all meeting requests with customers; coordinate with other Orange participants; organize biannual regional Sales kick-off (budget validation, accommodation, food, travel, agenda, contributions).
  3. Weekly reports: Coordinate inputs for submission to Managers and/or VP in a timely manner.
  4. Credit support: Update credit files on SharePoint; liaise with Finance USA, Account Managers, and Credit Management.
  5. Sales support: Review order validation requests in contract tools; follow up on pending validations for Account Managers; send NDAs and other documents via Adobe for e-signature; archive signed orders and contracts.
  6. Admin: Facilitate onboarding of new hires (tool access, IT); maintain and update org charts and sales presentations.
  7. Social Media: Coordinate with Group Communication on posting team event participation on platforms like Twitter and LinkedIn.
  8. Additional support: Provide research, input, and analysis to support Sales activities; interface with international customers for contracts, orders, e-signatures, and meeting scheduling; serve as backup for Sales Operations Specialist during absences.
About you
  1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  2. If no degree, at least 5 years’ experience in an executive support role or internship in an international high-tech/telecom group or similar field.
  3. Ability to work autonomously.
  4. Comfortable using technology and various platforms.
  5. Fluent and polished communication skills in English; Spanish is required; French is desirable.
  6. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  7. Experience with Microsoft CRM software; Oracle purchasing tools is a plus.
  8. Experience with social media tools within company guidelines (Twitter, LinkedIn, SharePoint).
  9. Strong skills in creating innovative and engaging presentations.
  10. Creative, energetic, resourceful, confident, and a strong communicator.
  11. Comfortable in multicultural environments.
