Position: Sales Operations Manager
Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Manage sales order processing including monitoring the system to ensure accurate receipt booking of sales orders, tracking sales shipment, delivery, billing and backlog activities and providing internal sales reports when necessary.
  2. Respond to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolve customer order difficulties.
  3. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  4. Manage all facets of customer retention (CRM) including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy.
  5. Manage return materials authorization (RMA) processes for ensuring customer returns, exchanges, service and repairs are done with speed and accuracy and all client/customer service delivery issues are resolved.
  6. Manage market research to determine special pricing for non-standard items in the interests of ensuring appropriate profit margins are reached and maintained.
  7. Supervise staff including personnel development, hiring, training, etc. Monitor and review work of staff.
  8. Resolve escalated operational related issues including vendor concerns, contract reviews, new programs.

What We Are Looking For:

  1. Typically requires 3–5 years as a Manager or People Manager in similar operations.
  2. Experience with Quote to Cash Process or Operations.
  3. Advanced English (Verbal and written).
  4. Experience with ERP/CRM (Oracle or Salesforce, preferred).
  5. Applies acquired expertise to analyze and solve problems without clear precedent.

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $49,400.00 - $56,666.67 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
