VuWorks is seeking a Sales Support Specialist I to bolster our sales organization via operational processes, reporting, data management, and business support. You will partner with sales teams and cross-functional leaders to ensure accurate information, efficient workflows, and actionable insights.

The role offers exposure to sales operations, performance analytics, and dashboards while developing core skills for a growing commercial career in a global company.

Formación

• Full professional English proficiency, written and spoken.
• 0–2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, commercial operations, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting; willingness to advance.
• Experience or familiarity with dashboards, data management, reporting tools, or Databricks preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily sales and commercial operations by managing routine processes, administrative workflows, and stakeholder requests.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute sales performance reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Analyze business data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and resolution of quality issues.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of dashboards, reporting solutions, and automated processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and other teams on reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with business analyses, leadership presentations, performance reviews, and special projects.
• Monitor adherence to established processes and escalate operational or data-related issues when appropriate.
