Sales Operations Analyst - Global Marine & Energy plays a critical role in supporting Castrol's Global Marine & Energy (GME) business across the Americas region. As part of the Sales Operations team, you will help ensure efficient commercial processes, provide operational support to account managers, and act as a key liaison between sales teams and global support functions.
Based in Santa Fe, Mexico City with a hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office), this role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative global environment, partnering with teams across multiple countries and time zones. You will support customer onboarding, pricing and contract administration, CRM management, sales reporting, commercial analysis, and issue resolution to help deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive business performance.
