We are seeking a highly organized professional to coordinate and oversee the execution of the global account strategy process. This role ensures alignment across regions and teams, manages timelines and deliverables, and drives continuous improvement to support strategic business objectives.

Process Coordination
In your new role you will:

  • Coordinate the execution of the account strategy process across all regions and teams.
  • Align account managers and supporting teams on timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
  • Maintain standardized workflows, templates, and tools
Operational Oversight
  • Manage timelines and milestones, ensuring stakeholder compliance.
  • Keep resources such as templates, tools, and relevant documents updated and accessible.
Data Collection and Reporting
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to give leadership visibility into status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends.
  • Highlight areas of concern and propose corrective measures.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., segments, central functions and IT) to ensure alignment and consistency in process execution.
  • Facilitate communication between various stakeholders to address challenges and remove bottlenecks in the execution workflow.
Continuous Improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies or gaps in the execution process and provide feedback to the process design team for improvements.
  • Track and implement updates to the account strategy process based on leadership directives or changing business priorities.
  • Ensure that changes to the process, tools, or templates are communicated clearly and promptly to all stakeholders.


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years in business analysis, sales, or marketing operations.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong execution skills and process governance experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
  • Collaborative and able to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Prior project management experience is a plus.
