A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and strengthen customer relationships. This role demands both strategic insight and hands-on execution in a collaborative small team environment, with ample opportunities for initiative and versatility.
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth, expand our customer base, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. This role combines high-level strategy with day-to-day execution and is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a small-business environment where versatility, collaboration, and initiative are key.
Sales:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
· Manage existing customer accounts and develop new B2B relationships.
· Lead the sales process from prospecting through closing, including proposals, pricing, and negotiations.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
· Collaborate with production and operations to align sales efforts with capacity and lead times.
Marketing:
· Create and implement marketing campaigns to support sales goals and brand awareness.
· Manage digital marketing efforts including website updates, email campaigns, and social media.
· Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Strategic & Administrative:
· Develop quarterly and annual sales and marketing plans with measurable KPIs.
· Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
· Work closely with leadership to align sales and marketing efforts with company objectives.
· Support the development of new product lines and market entry strategies.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (required).
· Advanced English level.
· 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and/or marketing, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
· Proven ability to develop and close sales in a technical or product-based environment.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small team environment.
· Familiarity with packaging or textile industries is a plus.
