The Opportunity

What You'll Own:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a growing sales team
  • Design and execute lead-nurturing campaigns with systematic follow-up protocols
  • Ensure that every lead is answered within 24 hours
  • Establish performance benchmarks and guide the team to meet them
  • Build a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Monitor and evaluate sales calls for quality and consistency
  • Create and analyze sales reports to track performance
  • Oversee CRM systems and communication platforms
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve sales performance
  • Streamline workflows and develop strategies to improve lead conversion

  • Assist in onboarding and training new sales team members
