A leading pharmaceutical trading company is seeking a Sales Manager for B2B sales in Mexico. Responsibilities include developing customers in the local pharmaceutical market, maintaining existing relationships, and building a local sales team. Candidates should have over five years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and strong communication skills. This position offers a remote or shared office work mode.

Formación

Job Duties

Note: Candidates preferably live in Mexico City or Guadalajara.

Work Mode: Remote/Shared Office

  • Responsible for pharmaceutical products (APIs) B2B sales and business development in the Mexican market;
  • Responsible for developing new customers (including local pharmaceutical companies and importers), achieving annual sales targets;
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and regularly visit them to sustain good relationships, participate in seminars & exhibitions;
  • Assist in building the Mexico team and lead it to expand the business;
  • Responsible for sales of the company's key products (Amoxicillin, Doxycycline Hydrochloride, Lincomycin Hydrochloride, etc.).
Job Requirements
  • Majors related to pharmacy, chemistry, biology, plant protection, agriculture, international trade, etc.; more than five years of sales/procurement experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent learning ability, strong self-motivation, and resilience under pressure.
  • Proven experience in developing customers independently, with market development and communication skills.
  • Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  • Interest in pharmaceutical sales industry and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team (sales, procurement, logistics, etc.).
