ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Representative for the South Africa market, as part of the Growth Markets. We're looking for someone with a demonstrated sales aptitude and excellent closing skills, fluent in Afrikaans and English.

Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding your sales goals. ADP is looking for experienced sales representatives to complete our inside team that is targeting our multi-country product market. If you have experience in building a portfolio of prospects from scratch, with multi-country clients, have experience in driving end to end Sales cycles then we are looking for you.

Requirements
  • 5 - 8 years successful sales experience in business-to-business sales experience in Large or Enterprise / Global Accounts environment
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated, excellent closing skills
  • Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office
  • Fluent in both Afrikaans and English

Preferably, a background in selling SAAS solutions, Payroll, financial services, HCM, ERP, or CRM platforms. Strong virtual communication skills and experience with LinkedIn sales navigator, PowerPoint, virtual meeting platforms are also preferred. An agile, fast-paced environment means plenty of opportunities to progress.
