A leading skincare company in Mexico seeks a Sales Controller Jr to manage budget compliance and assist in financial reporting. Candidates should have a professional background in finance or business administration, possess advanced Excel skills, and a passion for finance. This position offers the chance to work closely with Key Account Managers and make a significant impact on financial processes.

Formación

  • 1-2 years of experience in Controlling/Finance.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Demonstrated achievements in building relationships across departments.

Responsabilidades

  • Review and align annual sales plans with objectives.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reviews of TTCs.
  • Guide the commercial team through authorization processes.

Your Tasks
  • Review Sales Annual Plans: Collaborate with the commercial and controlling team to ensure that annual sales plans are aligned with company objectives and strategies.
  • TTCs Review: Support in monthly and quarterly reviews of TTCs (Trade Terms & Conditions) against the plan to ensure budget compliance and effectiveness.
  • Support during ROI and Pre & Post Evaluations with sales team and controlling.
  • Authorization Guidance: Guide the commercial team through the authorization process for excess TTCs and price differences, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • System Management: Load and update prices, discounts, and rebates in the SAP system to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Guide the commercial team to align to our policies and to be compliant in all financial and commercial processes.
Your Profile

Education:
• Professional degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economy/ Engineer/ Business Administration
• Master's degree is a plus
Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in Controlling/Finance
Personal aspects:
• We look for someone with a high level of autonomy who wants to take additional responsibility in an organization
• Passionate about finance specifically in controlling
• Motivated to progress in a career in finance functions
• Demonstrate established achievements in building relationships across departments, with good communication skills
Other requirements:
• English: Advanced

Additional information

The Sales Controller Jr will act as a critical business partner to the Key Account Managers (KAMs). This role is responsible for the administration and control of the TTCs budget, including discounts and rebates. The Sales Controller Jr will also play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the Sales Controller Sr with the day by day activities. Finally, also responsible of maintaining compliance in all sales processes.
