Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Lead with insights and data tools to influence business agendas through impactful storytelling and a critical connecting dots mindset.

Transform data from traditional trade channels, leveraging tools like Nielsen Retail Index, ScanTT, Kantar, Frogtek, and ad-hoc studies into insights that add value and facilitate decision-making, impacting areas such as strategic deep dives, revenue management, marketing, demand acceleration, and customer engagement.

Your Impact

As Sales Insights Coordinator, your responsibilities include:

  • Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research projects aligned with business objectives to provide insights into customer needs and behaviors.
  • Follow up on shopper and market trends to support business transformation agendas.
  • Connect tools and digitization initiatives to improve execution and performance at the POS using tools like Nielsen, Kantar, Frogtek.
  • Analyze and interpret consumer, market, and business data to generate actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, Catman, and other departments to integrate insights into planning.
  • Prepare and present reports and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate daily business activities, including administrative tasks, agency interactions, and execution of action plans based on data analysis.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience in consumer/shopper insights, regions, channels, customer experience, and management of ad-hoc methodologies, with technical knowledge in Nielsen, Kantar, Euromonitor, Frogtek.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking and proficiency in database management, especially Nielsen and Excel.
  • Collaborative, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Conversational English and effective presentation skills.
  • Ability to innovate.
