The Opportunity

MBS Sales Finance analyst will be responsible for connecting with Sales and Finance teams to execute accruals and analyzing expenses related to discounts and allowances negotiated with customers.

Your Impact

The Sales Finance Associate Analyst's responsibilities include:

  • Connecting with Sales and Finance teams to execute accruals and analyze related expenses.
  • Providing tracking and visibility of accrual balances and their application across involved teams (Sales, Finance, Control, Internal Control).
  • Providing monthly status updates and resolving pending issues through constant follow-up.
  • Owning processes and adding value in every activity for stakeholders.
  • Promoting constant communication and automating processes and activities where possible.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance.

Experience

  • Intermediate Excel skills required; PowerPoint skills desired.
  • Desired experience with SAP, Power Query, VBA, and Power BI tools.
  • Language: Native Spanish / Fluent English.
  • Basic understanding of P&L lines and their drivers.
  • Quick learner with curiosity to explore new tools and processes.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Capability to handle high volume and multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work across organizational levels.
  • Proactive in seeking new ways of working and continuous learning.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
