The Role

We are seeking a Sales Executive – Traditional Trade to drive new client acquisition and account growth in the traditional trade and retail space. This is an entry-level role designed for high-potential candidates who may not have prior sales experience but possess exceptional intelligence, a strong achievement track record, and a natural affinity for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & New Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and close new B2B clients in traditional trade, retail, and distribution.
  • Account Management: Manage a high volume of small to mid-sized accounts, ensuring strong relationships and revenue growth.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to increase sell-in and sell-out across your client portfolio.
  • Negotiation & Business Development: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms to secure profitable partnerships.
  • CRM & Data-Driven Sales Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, sales performance, and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Sales Automation & Outreach Scaling: Leverage automation tools to improve efficiency and maximize client engagement.
  • Market Intelligence & Growth Initiatives: Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to drive revenue growth.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required: A completed Bachelor’s degree in any field is mandatory.
  • Exceptionally Smart & Analytical: Strong numerical and strategic thinking to solve challenges and optimize sales performance.
  • Fast Learner & Adaptable: Quickly absorbs new concepts, masters new tools, and thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Signs of Success (Academic or Professional): Strong academic background (e.g., honors, scholarships, top of class) or early professional success (e.g., leadership roles, rapid promotions, entrepreneurial experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Any prior experience in sales, B2B, traditional trade, or retail key accounts.
  • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with wellness, nutrition, or plant-based consumer goods.
  • Advanced Data & Analytics Skills: Experience with Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Advanced English (C1+): Fluency in English for international sales.
  • Mission-Driven: Passion for sustainability and health-conscious products.
