Formación

Position Overview

The Sales Executive duties include engaging with prospective guests/owners through touring and presentation, offering opportunities to purchase vacation ownership or enhance existing portfolios. The role requires maintaining a professional image that reflects the company's standards of integrity, quality, and customer service.

Expected Contributions
  • Prepare for daily interactions with guests/owners as a professional sales representative, adhering to dress code and grooming standards.
  • Work hours are from 7 am to 4 pm.
  • Greet guests/owners warmly during initial meetings.
  • Use approved presentation materials effectively to meet performance guidelines within set timeframes.
  • Contribute to achieving site VPG and closing percentage targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service as trained.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge through training.
  • Follow all policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
  • Discuss terms, incentives, and pricing strategies with customers after consulting with management.
  • Secure commitment from guests/owners to purchase.
  • Participate in demo rides and coaching sessions to improve sales techniques.
  • Model effective sales and customer service behaviors.
  • Attend staff meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required.
Candidate Profile
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Background in sales, marketing, or tourism preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, follow up, and organize effectively.
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Physical ability to climb stairs and process paperwork visually.
  • Verbal communication skills for negotiations.
  • Availability for flexible schedules and experience in Vacation Ownership Sales preferred.
