We seek a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our team, specializing in the ocean or ground freight industry. If you have a solid track record in ocean freight logistics and are adept at building client relationships, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of proven experience as an Account Executive or Sales Representative (Ground Freight). Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in this industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the ground freight industry, including knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and key players.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree: business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Main Activities:

  • Regular meetings online and offline with the existing SQL provided by SDR to ensure effective presentation of the services of the company to the new and existing clients.
  • Execution of the meeting on a high level.
  • Proposal presentation and closing the account.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the ground freight sector.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions that align with our ground freight services.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations that highlight the value proposition of our ground freight services.
  • Develop detailed proposals outlining customized solutions for client requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations, including terms, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with all the teams to ensure the successful execution of contracts.
