We are looking for dedicated and talented individuals who face constant challenges, develop solutions tailored to customer needs, and possess high self-management, responsibility, customer service, and sales focus.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  1. Manage sales, development, and growth of specific customer accounts.
  2. Follow up on end accounts in products and solutions in Automation, Instrumentation, Drives, Digitalization, and Sustainability.
  3. Seek investment/project opportunities with partners in Automation, Instrumentation, Drives, Digitalization, and Sustainability.
  4. Identify new prospects, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  5. Develop partner portfolios for projects and distribution in Automation products and solutions.
  6. Build customer loyalty and trust.
  7. Monitor projects focusing on sales opportunities.
  8. Address customer requirements in logistics, finance, and engineering.
  9. Report activities regularly (bi-weekly reviews).
  10. Develop and implement work plans for partners and end users.
  11. Achieve sales objectives through collaboration with C-level executives to understand customer ecosystems.
  12. Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics Engineering, or similar.
  13. Have at least three years of industry experience and commercial expertise.
  14. Possess a deep understanding of market dynamics and opportunity development.
  15. Proficient in English.
  16. Be proactive in self-learning.
  17. Work well in team environments and under pressure.
  18. Be flexible to travel if needed.
  19. Have strong consultative and executive communication skills.

Additional responsibilities include evaluating customer requirements, identifying solutions and ROI, exploring financial constraints, understanding customer financial status, and applying appropriate pricing models. Maintain accurate customer records and reports in CRM tools like Salesforce.
