El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en ventas SaaS, habilidades en CRM y una actitud proactiva. Formación

  • Experiencia comprobada de mínimo 2 años en ventas, preferentemente en un negocio SaaS.
  • Éxito en la gestión de clientes en empresas de mercado medio y grande.
  • Usuario avanzado de herramientas CRM.

Our Mexico team is looking for a motivated Sales Executive who will work with one of our leading products WASI.

WASI is real estate CRM with digital tools for real estate professionals that enables them to boost their businesses andallows to centralize their processes and control them from one place.

A person who joins as Sales Executive is expected to develops new relationshipswith professional real estate agents and agencies

We expect a sales-driven and tech-savvy professional who will focus on achieving predetermined goals of customer acquistionand generating revenue. Proactivity, positive attitude and a process-focused mindset are a must for this role as you’ll have full responsibility for increasing our client base and overall revenue for the region .

What you will do:

  • Prospecting and attracting new clients.
  • Expansion of the company’s client portfolio, as well as the volume of businesses created.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets by driving new opportunities and growing the value of your portfolio.
  • Demonstrate the value and benefits of our product by following a consultative sales methodology.
  • Interact and negotiate with key decision-makers of the client’s business in a complex sales cycle.
  • Track all opportunities and customer details in HubSpot (our CRM tool).
  • Adapt to the overall sales strategy defined by the company.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in sales, preferably within a SaaS or digital business.
  • Track record of successful selling and client management of mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Advanced user of CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with high orientation to achieving objectives.
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar will be a plus.
  • Native level of Spanish.
