Responsibilities:

Drive the full sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.

Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Develop tailored sales plans and strategies to penetrate new markets.

Provide technical consultation and support for new projects and product implementations.

Identify and evaluate potential clients and business opportunities.

Collaborate with other Sales Engineers and branch teams to expand market presence.

Monitor engineering performance metrics (ScoreCard).

Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support post-sale.

Work closely with the sales team to provide the best sealing solutions.

Strengthen relationships with current clients and identify upsell opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in sales engineering roles, preferably in sealing technologies (hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical).

Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.

Strong knowledge of sealing materials, industrial machinery, and processes.

Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and general IT tools.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written – English proficiency required.

Valid driver’s license.
