Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Negocios Internacionales
- Inglés avanzado
- Manejo de CRM
- Experiencia en ventas por medio de leads y prospección de clientes
- Deseable experiencia en Ecommerce, Logística y Almacenamiento
¿Qué actividades deberás realizar?
- Crear y administrar un flujo de ventas sólido de clientes potenciales calificados obtenidos por prospección directa, consultas de clientes o interesados que llegan a través de campañas de marketing u otros medios.
- Participar en reuniones consultivas previas a la venta para capturar necesidades y visión del cliente para la demostración del sistema (demo).
- Llevar a cabo las capacitaciones del sistema a los clientes nuevos, apoyándolos con recomendaciones de hardware y explicando el flujo y las funciones del sistema.
- Apoyar la implementación del trabajo, asistiendo a reuniones de planificación y revisiones de diseño. Actuar como un experto en soluciones/temas para el software WMS.
- Visitar el almacén ocasionalmente para pruebas y verificación de funcionamiento, y proponer mejoras para la operación.
- Utilizar la herramienta ZOHO CRM para administrar leads y hacer seguimiento de manera organizada.
- Reuniones semanales con los partners para asegurar buena comunicación y servicio a los clientes.
- Asegurar facturas y pagos de cada cliente y las comisiones por referido de cada partner.
- Una vez familiarizado con el sistema y el proceso de cerrar ventas y capacitar a algunos clientes, participar en la selección y crecimiento del equipo comercial, estableciendo KPI puntuales.

We are currently looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager, based out of our Monterrey office. You may be required to travel to our Canada office occasionally.
Job Duties:
- The Business Development manager will work closely with the President and Director of Sales to develop territory and account strategies to support sales growth in the Mexico region.
- Identify new business opportunities and constantly strive to maintain strong relationships with existing business accounts.
- You’re ready to take on complicated problems and give back well thought out solutions. You’re not afraid to build a prospect list and make a cold calls. But you also understand the value of networking and making connections.
- You will also be responsible for managing and defining financial resources such as, monitoring budgets related to your projects and providing input or analysis for financial decisions that impact your particular project.
- As a Business Development Manager at Charger, you are willing to learn the business and grow the company over a long term. You are someone who invests time into building and fostering relationships to truly earn new accounts.
Requirements:
- Proven track record with a strong focus on new business development including cold calling, setting appointments, presenting and meeting with potential customers, pricing, proposals through to closing deals.
- 5+ years of sales and account management experience.
- Experience working in B2B sales involving complex deals.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process.
- Ability to interface with all required levels at a customer (entry level to senior executive).
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability.
- High energy and genuine passion for selling.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and as part of a team.
- Experience in the transportation industry is preferable.
- College or university degree in marketing or business-related field is an asset.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is an asset.
