Sales Development Representative - Onsite - Guadalajara, MX - (Spanish or Portuguese Fluency)

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable making numerous calls daily, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and delivering high-level demos.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new leads and qualify marketing-generated leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives across LATAM.
  • Learn from sales leadership and utilize effective selling and influencing skills for pre-qualification.
  • Influence the sales process and improve capabilities based on discovery call insights.
  • Prepare for prospect calls with background research and lead information.
  • Maintain CRM records on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to prospect and deliver sales pitches and demos.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in technology or software sales support roles.
  • Understanding of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Ability to meet targets in a growing segment.
  • High energy, inquisitiveness, and willingness to learn.
  • Effective time management and independent work skills.
  • Prior SaaS sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
