The Impact You’ll Make

As an SDR focused on inbound lead qualification, you’ll be the first voice of Incode for prospects around the world. Every interaction you have will set the tone for how potential customers experience our brand. By quickly responding to demo requests, event leads, and marketing campaigns, you’ll qualify high-intent prospects and connect them seamlessly to our Account Executives. Your work will directly impact pipeline growth and conversion rates—ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Own & Drive
  • Inbound Lead Response – Act fast on demo requests, form fills, and inbound inquiries.
  • Qualification Excellence – Apply company-defined criteria (BANT, fit, urgency, intent) to prioritize high-potential prospects.
  • Discovery & Alignment – Conduct initial conversations to understand business needs and confirm solution fit.
  • Smooth Handoffs – Route qualified leads to Account Executives and coordinate next steps flawlessly.
  • CRM Accuracy – Maintain clean, detailed records of all prospect interactions.
  • Marketing Collaboration – Follow up on campaigns, webinars, and events while sharing feedback on lead quality.
  • Sales Partnership – Work closely with Sales Leadership to optimize inbound funnel efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Customer Experience – Ensure every prospect has a timely, professional, and engaging first interaction with Incode.

Your Background
  • 2+ years in an SDR, sales support, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, LeadIQ, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to handle high volumes of inbound leads while staying structured and efficient.
  • Familiarity with marketing campaigns, lead scoring, or B2B SaaS sales is a plus.
