Position Overview:

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing agency exclusively focused on serving attorneys and law firms. We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Mexico to support our U.S. sales operations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team helping legal professionals grow their practices through innovative marketing solutions. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads. Your outreach efforts will directly support the sales team by generating high-quality opportunities and setting up meetings with potential clients in the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Research potential clients and tailor outreach to their specific needs
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team
  • Track outreach activity and performance metrics in the CRM (Hubspot)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline
Minimum Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or business development role (preferably in an agency or B2B environment)
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams is a strong plus
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a desire to exceed outreach and lead generation targets
  • Understanding of the legal industry or professional services is a plus, but not required
  • Previous work in a digital marketing agency preferred
  • High-level English proficiency; bilingualism is a plus
  • Must be within commuting distance to Guadalajara, Mexico and willing to work hybrid in-office
