Sales Development Representative + Lead Generation (Remote)

We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Development Representative (with Lead Generation)!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead Generation: Identify prospective buyers according to client instructions and cultivate connections through email, social media, and calls.
- Contact potential and existing customers via various channels to create a pipeline of leads.
- Engage and build rapport with potential customers to assess the suitability of our products/services.
- Schedule sales demos and meetings.
- Set up and manage a CRM or contact list.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation with sales strategy.
- Set sales goals, increase revenue, and report performance results.
- Create, distribute, and analyze customer surveys, compiling results into reports.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate course.
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience with a proven record of meeting/exceeding quotas and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
- Proficient in phone, email, and instant messaging communication.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy, familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, and CRM tools.
- Experience with word processing and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Proactive, confident, with keen attention to detail.
Technical Requirements:

- Webcam.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Internet connection: minimum 25 Mbps wired (main) and 10 Mbps (backup).
