A leading recruitment service is seeking a Sales Development Representative to proactively engage potential clients in North America. Responsibilities include prospecting leads, articulating value propositions, and managing CRM data. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in sales, excellent English skills, and be comfortable with cold outreach. This is a 100% remote position with flexible working hours.

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our client base. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients—primarily U.S. and Canadian companies—who can benefit from hiring vetted, remote professionals in LATAM.

Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels

Clearly articulate Typescouts' value proposition to U.S. and Canadian companies

Book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to our leadership team

Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and activity logs

Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and lead generation strategies

Requirements

3+ year of experience in a sales, outreach, or lead generation role

Familiarity with recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR services

Experience selling to North American markets

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Comfortable with cold outreach (email and LinkedIn)

Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

Previous experience working remotely or with international teams

Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive
