We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach. As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you'll play a critical role in generating interest and setting the foundation for future sales success.

Role Overview

The SDR will focus on building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline by executing outbound prospecting strategies. You'll research target accounts, craft personalized outreach, and initiate conversations with decision-makers. This role is perfect for someone with grit, curiosity, and a hunger to grow in sales.

What You'll Do

Conduct high-volume outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels

Research and identify key decision-makers at target companies

Craft tailored messaging to initiate contact and drive engagement

Lead Qualification & Meeting Scheduling

Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria

Set up discovery calls or demos for the sales team

Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and lead status in the CRM

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and strategy

Share prospect feedback and market insights to inform outreach

Hit or exceed targets for leads generated and meetings booked

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Experience

4+ years in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (B2B, SaaS, or tech experience a plus)

Strong verbal and written communication skills,able to persuade and connect

Highly organized and efficient with managing multiple tasks and priorities

Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo)

Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong work ethic

Resilient in the face of rejection and fast-paced change

Bachelors degree preferred but not required
