About the job

We are currently seeking a highly organized and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Activation – Program Coordinator. This role is instrumental in supporting our business partners and end users by ensuring the successful activation of accounts, optimizing operational processes, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of customer-specific online programs, managing fulfillment operations, and contributing to the overall enhancement of client engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive account support, fostering collaborative and service-oriented relationships with business partners and end users.
  • Assist in account activation by developing detailed scopes of work, estimating resource needs, forecasting fulfillment requirements, and managing project timelines and deliverables.
  • Administer the daily operations of customer-specific online platforms, including monitoring product availability, updating pricing, and managing client communications.
  • Oversee inventory levels for specific programs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely replenishment and availability.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders, addressing issues or escalations as required.
  • Support various operational functions including assortment planning, private label initiatives, demand planning, order processing, custom packaging, and kitting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track project performance, implement necessary adjustments, and proactively identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities while effectively coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, or a related business function.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with apparel manufacturing and distribution processes is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms.
