Suntory Global Spirits seeks a Finance professional to lead condition uploads, maintain rebates data, and coordinate with the RGM and Controlling teams in Veracruz, Mexico. The role requires a University Business degree, 5+ years in finance or controlling, fluent English and Spanish, and strong MS Office and SAP skills for robust data analysis.

• Minimum 5 years of business finance, accounting or controlling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and lead conditions upload and maintenance to align with approved business information.
• Develop with the RGM team the promotional tool including ROI calculation and ensure its implementation.
• Maintain a tight controls environment for pre- and post-upload documentation support.
• Support SGS Controller on balance sheet reconciliation for rebates.
• Coordinate and lead credit notes processes.
• Maintain Rebates and Conditions in SAP.
• Ensure accruals align with actual trade terms and conditions.
• Maintain prices in SAP.
• Manage month-end reports provided to Controlling.
• Manage PVM analysis monthly.
• Collaborate with market Controller and other key SGS stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead conditions upload and maintenance ensuring strict adherence to the information approved by the business.
• Develop with RGM team the promotional tool including ROI calculation and assure its implementation.
• Maintain a tight controls environment to the conditions pre and post upload and the documentation support.
• Support SGS Controller on the balance sheet reconciliation for Rebates.
• Coordinate and Lead credit notes processes.
• Maintenance of Rebates and Conditions in SAP.

Qualifications

• University Business degree.
• Fluent English Written & spoken
• Spanish Written & Spoken
• Min 5 years business finance/accounting/controlling experience
• Strong communication skills, able to influence in stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills: high attention to details, consistent follow through
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills; experience with SAP
• Solid experience coordinating & creating processes.
• Strong analytical & organizational skills, effectively manage large amounts of data to create actionable & commercial insights
• Ability to dissect and analyze large volumes of data to extract key challenges & develop suggestions for improvement.
