The Sales Capture Manager/Senior Manager - Retail manages opportunities from sales pursuit to close, utilizing deep sales process and offering expertise. Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients to protect and grow the business. Act as the point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with clients and internally.
You will be in charge of:
Providing solutions to complex business problems within your areas of responsibility, requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for your area of responsibility.
Interacting with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, involving negotiation and influence on significant matters.
Making decisions and determining objectives and approaches for critical assignments, with lasting impacts on your area of responsibility.
Managing large teams or work efforts if in an individual contributor role at a client or within Accenture.
Participating in origination efforts when required, in addition to capture responsibilities.
Building a pipeline by originating opportunities, qualifying them, and submitting binding bids (Stage 2b).
Originating and selling deals typically greater than $10M that are cross-client and cross-service groups.
Traveling up to 50% as needed.

Job Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a consulting firm and/or retail organization managing merchandising, marketing, finance, supply chain, digital, analytics, etc. Cross-functional experience is a plus.
Minimum of 6 years of Sales Pursuit Management experience.
Minimum of 6 years of Client Relationship and/or delivery experience.
Experience using Oracle for Retail. Relex experience is a plus/optional.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within a large, heavily matrixed company environment.
Experience with C-Level client relationship building and management.
Retail industry experience.
Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting, military or civilian.
High energy, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
