Una empresa multinacional líder en el sector BPO busca un Asociado de Ventas proactivo y competitivo. En esta emocionante posición, serás responsable de ofrecer soluciones a los clientes, resolver problemas de productos y brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional. Con un contrato de 6 meses y la opción de trabajar desde casa o en la sede, tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollarte profesionalmente en un entorno dinámico y de apoyo. Responsabilidades

What you’ll do as a Sales Associate at Teleperformance:

  1. Offer customers new products and services that will help their businesses succeed.
  2. Troubleshoot hosting and website services client's products as needed, take full ownership, and provide thorough resolution to customers.
  3. Offer resolution within our scope of support (SOS), providing direction for third party resolution or consultation regarding a paid solution.
  4. Meet metrics such as Customer Availability, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales Per Day.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
  6. Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively.
  7. Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
  8. Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
  9. Document and update records in the required systems.
Requisitos

Who are you?

  1. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable interacting with existing and potential customers; reviewing products, working with partners, and selling solutions!
  2. A high school graduate (must have a diploma or certificate).
  3. Someone with an intermediate/advanced English level and great communication skills.
  4. Sales experience with a proven record of understanding customer needs.
  5. Proven ability to promote and build extraordinary customer rapport.
  6. Ability to take complete ownership of customer issues and provide a truly extraordinary customer experience, one customer at a time.
  7. Extensive knowledge of internet technology/CRM or other customer management software is a plus!
